All clients need more than 1 session. I am working with days, months, or years of accumulated issues - that cannot be cleared or healed in 1 or 2 sessions. Packages, art workshops, and classes are available to assist in your healing journey.

Longer sessions allow for deeper work and addressing multiple layers. If pre-booked, one rate applies. If decided at the actual session (and if I'm available), a different rate applies.

Yes. All sessions are fully clothed. Always.

Functional, myofascial release (MFR), energetic, intuitive, somatic, trauma-aware. I read energy first and adjust based on what your body needs in the moment.

Yes, if they can be calm and quiet during the session. Kids, emotional support people, or observers are welcome if they don't disrupt the work.
