Dynamic Body Therapies provides holistic healing services including, but not limited to:

• Functional bodywork and massage therapy
• Energy healing and intuitive work
• The S.A.M.I. System (Soul Aligned Mirthgrave Integration System)
• Individual therapy sessions (in-person and online)
• Intensive healing journeys and packages
• Workshops and group sessions (including Hearts & Crafts Art Workshop)
• Educational content, digital products, and informational resources

Services may be delivered in-person at our office location (provided at time of appointment booking) or online via video conferencing platforms. Session durations and delivery methods vary by service type and will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

By using the Website and Services, you agree to:

3.1 Provide Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, booking, intake, and all interactions with Dynamic Body Therapies. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your information and updating it as necessary.

3.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Engage in harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward Dynamic Body Therapies staff, practitioners, or other users

3.3 Age Restrictions

Our Services are available to individuals of all ages, from pregnancy through end of life. However, for clients under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must remain present in the office or treatment room during all sessions. By booking services for a minor, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian and consent to the minor receiving services.

3.4 Account Security

If you create an account on our Website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4.1 Pricing

All prices for Services and products are listed on the Website and are subject to change without notice. Current pricing includes:

• New Client Introductory Sessions: $97 (1-hour) or $197 (2-hour intensive)
• Standard session rates as posted on the Website
• Package pricing and intensive journey rates as posted
• Workshop fees (e.g., Hearts & Crafts workshops: $20 per person)

Prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD).

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit/Debit Cards
• Venmo
• PayPal
• Zelle
• Cash (in-person sessions only)
• Check (in-person sessions only)

Payment is due at the time of booking or at the time of service, as specified for each service type.

4.3 Taxes

All applicable federal, state, and local taxes will be added to your total where required by law.

4.4 Late Payment

Failure to pay for Services when due may result in suspension or termination of access to Services and may be referred to collections.

5.1 No Refunds Policy

All sales are final. Dynamic Body Therapies does not offer refunds for any Services or products purchased.

5.2 Credit for Future Sessions

In lieu of refunds, we offer credits for future sessions in the same amount as your original payment. Credits are valid for one (1) year from the date of issuance and may be applied toward any Services offered by Dynamic Body Therapies.

5.3 Cancellation Policy

• One Free Cancellation: Each client receives one (1) free cancellation without penalty.
• Subsequent Cancellations: After your first free cancellation, cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of your session fee (though a credit may be issued at our discretion).
• Confirmation Calls: We will contact you the day before your scheduled appointment to confirm. Failure to respond to confirmation may result in cancellation of your appointment.

5.4 No-Show Policy

If you fail to appear for a scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will forfeit your session fee. No credit will be issued for no-show appointments.

5.5 Package Modifications

We are willing to discuss modifications to service packages on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation.

5.6 Processing of Credits

Credits will be applied to your account within 5-7 business days of the qualifying event.

6.1 Ownership

All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, course materials, blog posts, design elements, and the S.A.M.I. System methodology, is the exclusive property of Dynamic Body Therapies (Samantha Sanchez) and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• If we provide social sharing features, you may use those as intended

6.3 User-Generated Content

If you submit testimonials, reviews, comments, photos, or other content to the Website (collectively, User Content), you grant Dynamic Body Therapies a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such User Content for marketing, promotional, and business purposes.

Dynamic Body Therapies does not guarantee any specific results from bodywork, energy healing, or any other services provided. Individual results vary and depend on numerous factors including your health status, commitment, and individual circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dynamic Body Therapies disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California and the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Placer County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Before initiating any legal action, the parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation is unsuccessful, the parties agree to pursue mediation or arbitration before resorting to litigation, where permitted by law.

10.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

10.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Medical Disclaimer, and Accessibility Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dynamic Body Therapies regarding the use of the Website and Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

10.3 Waiver

No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision. Dynamic Body Therapies' failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
